Roles and Responsibility

- Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
