- Student Supervision: Monitor children during playtime, meals, and rest periods to ensure physical safety.
- Social Development: Foster sharing, teamwork, and healthy conflict resolution among peers.
- Progress Tracking: Assess individual development milestones and document behavioural or academic progress.
- Family Communication: Maintain regular, positive contact with parents regarding daily activities and child growth.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Language: Fluency in English is a must, Kannada & Hindi
- Certifications: Nursery Teacher training/ Montessori Teacher Training.
- Soft Skills: High patience, solid physical stamina, active listening, and gentle communication skills.
