Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective operational risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to mitigate potential risks across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of key controls and processes to ensure compliance with RCSA (Root Cause Analysis) principles and preventive action plans.
- Provide training and guidance on operational risk management best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in Operational Risk Management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of financial services industry regulations and standards for managing operational risks.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies using tools such as Process Documentation & Controls.
