Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage HR generalist activities including recruitment, employee relations, training, development, and performance management.
- Provide strategic support to business units by developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in an HR role within the NBFC or microfinance industry.
- Strong understanding of HRSD (Human Resource Shared Services) principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in field HR, microfinance, business HR, and recruitment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with robust communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
