Job Summary
We are looking for a CA Fresher to join our MEQ / Business Credit team in Delhi. The role involves financial analysis, credit assessment, business evaluation, MIS, and supporting credit decisions for business/SME customers. Strong MS Excel skills and analytical ability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements of business/SME customers.
- Conduct financial and credit analysis to support lending decisions.
- Evaluate profitability, cash flows, leverage and repayment capacity.
- Prepare credit assessment reports and financial analysis for loan proposals.
- Perform ratio, trend and variance analysis.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
- Work on financial models and large datasets.
- Coordinate with Business, Credit and Operations teams for financial information and documentation.
- Support portfolio monitoring and credit/risk assessment.
Required Skills
- CA Fresher / Chartered Accountant
- Robust knowledge of financial statements and accounting
- Good understanding of credit and financial analysis
- Hands-on expertise in MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, data analysis, dashboards, etc.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Exposure to NBFC / SME / Business Lending will be an advantage
