6 days working Monday to Saturdays

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Approximately 10-12 years in plastic injection mould tool room / tooling functions, with progressive experience at Manager / AGM / DGM level

Education: Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Tool & Die/Production Engineering

Technical Expertise:

- Automatic plastic injection moulds with hot runner systems (mandatory)
- Engineering plastics: PP, ABS, PC, PVC, Nylon, LLDPE, HDPE, and similar




- High-cavitation moulds for small parts with high dimensional accuracy
- Mould design principles, DFM, GD&T;, and CAD/CAM (NX / Creo / SolidWorks or similar)
- Mould manufacturing processes: CNC, EDM (wire & sinker), grinding, milling
- Well-versed in operating and maintaining VMCs (Vertical Machining Centres), Roeders high-speed precision milling machines, and Agie Charmilles wire-cut/EDM machines
- Robust knack for maintaining accuracy and precision in tool manufacturing and maintenance, with meticulous attention to dimensional tolerances
