Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Forward Logistics to support and manage outbound logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with warehouse teams and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products, maintaining shipment documentation, and supporting efficient supply chain operations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage forward logistics operations, including order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with courier partners, transport vendors, and logistics service providers for smooth delivery operations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain proper shipment documentation, invoices, and dispatch records.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Track logistics performance metrics such as delivery timelines and shipment accuracy.




- Update and maintain shipment tracking details in ERP or logistics systems.
- Assist in analyzing logistics data and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and operational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in forward logistics, dispatch management, or supply chain operations.
- Basic understanding of order fulfilment, shipment coordination, and transportation processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems, logistics software, or shipment tracking tools is preferred.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
