We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact) Retail Banking and hands-on experience working with Arrangement Architecture (AA). The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution design, and process automation within core banking operations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements for T24 AA banking modules (Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, FT, Customer).
- Perform gap analysis, prepare BRDs/FSDs, and support solution design with T24 functional teams.
- Collaborate with AA developers to define automation use cases and validate bot workflows.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and production rollout.
- Partner with business stakeholders and operations teams to streamline and automate processes.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and adherence to T24 best practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of T24 experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Temenos T24 AA Banking modules.
- Ability to write explicit requirements, user stories, and test scenarios.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
