- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Freshers with 01 year experience in manufacturing are eligible.
- Positive understanding of basic engineering, manufacturing and quality concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, work on the shop floor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your Tasks
- Support Quality and Manufacturing Engineering activities in daily operations.
- Assist in quality inspection, process control, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support process improvement, productivity improvement and production engineering initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, work instructions and quality records.
- Work with production and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, process efficiency and continuous improvement.
