Key Responsibility
1. Operationa Monitor kiln temperature profile and coal injection Control kiln RPM, feed rate, air settings Monitor accretion build up and take preventive action .
2. Maintain day bin stock levels.
3. RCA for breakdown and quality issues.
4. Coordinate with RMHS and Stores.
5. Manage DRI dispatch to BF & SMS
6. By-product handling (char, dolochar)
7. Ensure safety during shutdown and refractory jobs
