Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage vitreoretinal diseases and conditions.
- Perform vitreoretinal surgeries and related procedures.
- Conduct detailed retinal examinations and investigations.
- Manage emergency retinal cases effectively.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Explain diagnosis, treatment options, and procedures to patients and relatives.
- Maintain accurate patient records and surgical documentation.
- Work closely with ophthalmologists, OT staff, and other healthcare teams.
- Follow hospital protocols, clinical standards,
and patient safety practices.
- Participate in clinical discussions, training, and academic activities.
