Job Summary

Ensuring fiscal security of the RNTBCI PL, confirming its compliance with the regulatory requirements in specific to direct taxes. The resource will be responsible for all direct tax related activities including transfer pricing.

Responsibilities

- Audits and Tax Filings: Responsible for preparing documentation for transfer pricing audits and tax audits, supporting statutory and internal audits, and filing annual tax returns.
- Assessments and Litigations: Lead and support tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings, and litigation matters before assessing officers and transfer pricing officers; coordinate and submit required information for income tax assessments and tax proceedings.
- TDS Compliance: Manage TDS queries, ensure timely TDS payments, handle e-TDS filings, and complete year-end compliance requirements
- Timely Remittances and Cross-Border Payments:



Responsible for timely remittance of all statutory dues and other payments, including foreign remittances and withholding tax obligations
- Tax Provisions and Tax Numbers: Maintain detailed year-on-year tax schedules that reconcile with the financial statements
- Reporting: Manage corporate tax reporting, transfer pricing matters, including APA, and related compliance requirements

Qualifications

- Commerce Graduate with Qualified qualification along with relevant experience in Direct taxes - CA Mandatory
