Key Responsibilities

YouTube Content Creation

• Plan, create and edit video content for the YouTube channel.

• Produce content for both organic YouTube content and promotional campaigns.

• Shoot and edit podcast/interview videos.

Campaign Video Production

• Adapt video content into different formats and durations based on campaign requirements.

AI Content Creation

• Create AI-generated videos and images for campaigns and organic content.

Video Editing

• Create multiple versions/sizes of videos as required for different platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong video editing skills.

• Positive understanding of YouTube content formats and audience behaviour.

• Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro or similar.





• Familiarity with AI video and image generation tools.

• Basic understanding of digital advertising formats across Meta, Google and YouTube.

• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual communication.

• Ability to shoot basic video content and handle podcast/interview recordings.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience managing or creating content for a YouTube channel.

• Knowledge of YouTube thumbnails, titles, descriptions and basic SEO.
