We are hiring for Junior Engineer - Production Rubbershop for our renowned client into Offshore & Marine Engineering business.
The responsibilities for the Junior Engineer - Production Rubbershop are
- Take care of all items being moulded in the Rubber shop.
- Generate daily Moulding reports for all presses in the shop.
- Press planning for each day and manpower planning as per ongoing work.
- Maintain Daily rubber stock and indent purchase head when it reaches the min stock level.
- Maintain Data for other chemicals, tyre cord and other necessary items required for manufacturing Solid and Pneumatic fenders.
- Ensure the quality of compound being processed as per instruction from the DGM.
- Coordinate final inspection of fenders with QC and TPI.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must be B.E in Rubber / Polymer Technology.
- Candidate must be having at least 1 year relevant industry experience in Production department in a Rubbershop.
- Candidates available for early joining would be preferred.
