Experience Required: 3 9 Years
1. Hands-on experience with support on NetApp products ( ONTAP/ AFF / FAS )
2. Strong understanding of storage concepts and administration
3. Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and support
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and support NetApp Storage (CDOT/ONTAP) administration & troubleshooting.
2. Snapshots, SnapMirror, SnapVault, cloning, deduplication
3. Storage protocols: CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel
4. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
5. Handle incidents, changes, and service requests
6. Work closely with clients and internal teams
Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of Snapshots, replication, and backup
2. Experience in enterprise storage environments
3. Positive communication and client-handling skills
