Job Summary

Royal York Property Management is hiring experienced Property Managers to manage the owner and tenant experience across active residential property-management files.

Direct property-management experience is preferred but not required. Strong account, portfolio or client-service managers with experience managing multiple files, relationships and escalations are encouraged to apply.

This role is for someone who can keep files moving, keep clients informed, manage urgent issues and remain organized in a high-volume workplace. You will be responsible for communication, follow-up, documentation, issue resolution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a basic customer-service position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of client outcomes,



manage multiple properties and files simultaneously, and communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, internal teams and service providers.
