We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Site Engineers to join our team in Indore for upcoming hotel and resort construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction, site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, and project execution.

Candidates with experience in hotel, resort, commercial, residential, or other large-scale construction projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within planned timelines.
- Check quality of civil, structural, finishing, and related construction work.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, and daily site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain project documentation.




- Coordinate with senior engineers and management for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Hands-on experience in site supervision and contractor management.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Good understanding of construction quality and safety practices.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site engineering.
- Experience in hotel, resort, commercial, residential, or similar construction projects preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle site activities and coordinate with contractors are encouraged to apply.
