Business skill

- Valuable understanding of Banking and Financial Services domain
- Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and workflows
- Experience in requirements analysis and impact assessment
- Ability to collaborate with Stake Holders
- Experience in defect triage, release validation, and UAT support

Technical Skill

- Strong hands-on experience in BR.NET application testing and support
- Expertise in Functional, System, Integration, and Regression Testing
- Experience in Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management
- Good understanding of SQL and database validation
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA)
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman/SOAP UI
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology




- Exposure to automation testing frameworks via Katalon is an added advantage

Soft skill

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
