Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or related field, or equivalent professional experience, with strong enterprise endpoint management expertise.

Responsibilities

- Design, create, deploy, test, and maintain Windows OS images and Golden Images across Windows Client, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Hands-on expertise with HCL BigFix for endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and configuration.
- Develop and maintain deployment scripts and software packages for HCL BigFix-based application and OS deployments.
- Solid knowledge of PowerShell, Chocolatey, Boxstarter, and Windows Desired State Configuration (DSC) for automation and configuration management.
- Experience with WSUS, Nexus, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and enterprise browser administration for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
- Manage Microsoft Azure Arc (ARC) and Extended Security Updates (ESU)

- Create and maintain application installation packages, including WinZip, ensuring reliable enterprise deployment and configuration.
- Support ServiceNow incident/change management, SOX/PCI/CRAF audit documentation, Tanium reporting, and Power BI dashboard development.
- Strong project coordination, communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility for off-hours and on-call support rotations.
