You will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent to help our company grow. A successful recruiter in this role will blend creative sourcing techniques with a qualified, candidate-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting / Screening the Senior Mind Level Candidates as per Project Requirements.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and succession planning.
- Ensure an efficient and inclusive hiring process, from job postings to on boarding.
- Managing pre-joining formalities, end to end on boarding and co-ordination for induction program for new employees.
- Responsibility in Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter & relieving Letter.
