My Car Pune is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives (DSE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicle test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain customer records and update sales leads.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a valid driving licence will be preferred.
