Job Description:

We are seeking a agile and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, offering personalized counselling and helping them make informed decisions about studying abroad. You will be responsible for driving enrolments through a mix of lead generation, relationship building, and strategic outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Conversion: Convert high-quality leads into successful admissions by effectively communicating the value of our services and education opportunities abroad.

* Lead Management: Generate, track, and manage leads through various platforms (online and offline), ensuring timely follow-ups and high engagement.

* Counselling: Provide one-on-one counselling to students and their families regarding courses, universities, career paths,



and visa requirements.

* B2C Sales: Achieve enrolment targets through effective sales strategies, building trust and rapport with potential students.

* Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and conduct seminars/webinars at colleges, schools, and other educational institutions.

* Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute education fairs, university visits, workshops, and other outreach events to promote study abroad programs.

* Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education systems, visa processes, and university requirements for at least 12 key countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).

* Documentation Support: Assist students with documentation, application submissions, and ensure compliance with university and visa guidelines.

* CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular updates and reports to management.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and university relations teams to streamline the student onboarding journey, university relations teams to streamline the student onboarding journey
