- Manage day-to-day operations of F&B; outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance (FSSAI/HACCP standards).
- Plan and execute promotions, events & banquet operations
Required Candidate profile
- 6+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within hotels, restaurants, resorts, or hospitality groups.
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
