We are looking for a functional consultant to configure, enhance, and support it. You will gather requirements, run fit-gap analysis, configure the system, drive testing, and support users after go-live. PeopleSoft experience is not mandatory. If you have configured payroll, finance, or student administration on another enterprise ERP such as SAP, Oracle EBS or Fusion, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics, you can apply. We hire on domain depth and configuration skill, and we will train you on PeopleSoft. We will hire someone who can sit with business users, agree on a workable solution, configure it, and carry it through UAT and go-live.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements and run fit-gap analysis against standard product functionality.

Configure and maintain the application as per agreed business processes.

Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process documents, test scripts, and user guides.

Work with technical teams on customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and integrations.

Run SIT and UAT, coordinate defect resolution, and support data validation, upgrades, statutory updates,



and production releases.

Troubleshoot production issues, deliver user training, and provide post go-live support.

Key Skills

- 4 to 10 years of functional consulting or in-house configuration experience on an enterprise ERP, with a bachelors degree in a related discipline

- Deep process knowledge in at least one of the tracks below, with hands-on configuration work and not only user support
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and functional design
- Experience running SIT and UAT and managing defects through to closure
- Willingness to learn PeopleSoft and become productive on it within the first few months
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
