We are looking for an experienced Agent and Workflow Engineer with strong expertise in GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD automation and AI-powered developer workflows.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Design and maintain scalable GitHub Actions workflows, including reusable workflows, composite actions, self-hosted runners, matrix builds and caching.
- Work with GitHub Enterprise, including repository/organization configuration, rulesets, branch protection, GitHub Apps and fine-grained tokens.
- Build end-to-end agentic developer workflows where AI agents can take defined inputs, modify code, run validations and create Pull Requests.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot Coding Agent, Copilot CLI, custom instructions and skills is preferred.
- Design appropriate guardrails and evaluate the quality and safety of AI-generated code.
- Handle build engineering across different technology stacks and troubleshoot CI/CD, dependencies and toolchains.
- Robust scripting experience in Python, along with Bash and/or PowerShell.
- Experience with developer tooling, automation and platform engineering is highly desirable.
