The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, coordinating property site visits, and converting prospective customers into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calling, references, online platforms, and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant details.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated about company projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and market developments.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of real estate/property sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
