- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO voice process (domestic voice process).
- Solid communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
