Role Overview

The Data Specialist is a delivery-focused practitioner who supports the analysis, preparation, management, and use of data within business and transformation programmes. The role combines developing technical skills with strong analytical capabilities and collaboration across teams. The individual is expected to contribute to data activities under the guidance of senior practitioners, maintain quality standards, and support data-driven decision-making.

Essential Non-Technical Skills

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work effectively with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on assigned tasks. Escalate issues and seek clarification where required.
- Communication: Communicate data findings and project updates clearly to team members and stakeholders.



Produce accurate documentation and reports.
- Analytical & Problem Solving: Investigate data issues and support root-cause analysis activities. Apply structured approaches to problem solving with guidance from senior team members.
