Sr. Tender Executive

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with strong hands-on experience in Government Tendering, Tender Application & Documentation, and Tender Tracking. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process from identification and preparation to submission and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and monitor relevant Government Tenders / E-Tenders from various portals.
- Handle the complete tender application process, including document preparation, online submission, EMD, tender fees and compliance requirements.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required technical, commercial and statutory documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders within stipulated deadlines.
- Track submitted tenders and maintain records of tender status, results, technical evaluation and commercial opening.
- Follow up on tender-related queries, clarifications, corrigenda and amendments.
- Maintain a comprehensive Tender Tracker / MIS and provide regular status reports to management.




- Coordinate with government departments and relevant authorities regarding tender-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all submitted and ongoing tenders.
- Monitor tender outcomes and support the team in post-tender activities.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Government Tendering / E-Tendering.
- Solid practical experience in Government Tender Filling and Application Tracking.
- Good understanding of government procurement and tender procedures.
- Experience working with Government E-Tender / Procurement Portals.
- Strong documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in handling multiple tenders simultaneously will be an advantage.
