- Preparation and review of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Direct / Indirect Tax payments and returns.
- Co-ordinate with Auditors- Managing Statutory, Tax & Internal Audit.
- Handle ROC and Statutory compliances in co-ordination

Required Candidate profile

- 6+ years of experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation.
- Proven expertise in fund taxation, transaction tax, litigation & transfer pricing.
