We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in IT/Technical Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring and build strong technical talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean searches.
- Recruit for technologies including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS.
- Handle multiple positions and hiring priorities effectively.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment portals.
- US/International hiring experience is an added advantage.
