Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical classes effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and assessments.
- Guide and mentor nursing students.
- Supervise clinical training and practical activities.
- Participate in academic, examination and departmental activities.
- Maintain academic records and comply with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to curriculum development, seminars, workshops and other academic initiatives

Candidate Profile

- Strong academic and professional background in Nursing.
- Valuable communication and teaching skills.
- M.Sc. Nursing candidates with valid nursing registration as applicable under the prevailing INC/BNRC/BUHS norms are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of current nursing education practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professional discipline.
- Candidates with relevant teaching/clinical experience will have an added advantage.
- Candidates must fulfill the applicable INC/BNRC/University eligibility and experience requirements for the respective position.
