Roles and Responsibilities :-

Candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements and converting them into customized, practical and aesthetically strong interior designs.

The role involves working on a limited number of projects at a time, allowing the designer to understand each project in depth and provide a personalized design experience.

The designer will work closely with clients, the internal design team and the execution team to ensure that the final design is practical, accurately communicated and aligned with the client's requirements, budget and project scope.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of interior design, basic architectural concepts, 2D drawings, 3D visualization, materials and client communication.

Experience in residential interior design. Good understanding of space planning and furniture layouts. Basic understanding of architectural concepts and construction. Ability to read and prepare 2D drawings. Knowledge of relevant 3D design/rendering tools. Good understanding of interior materials and finishes. Strong client communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of measurements and site conditions. Ability to coordinate with vendors and site execution teams. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into design. Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Expected Responsibility:- Accurately understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget and functional needs. Create practical and aesthetically strong space planning for assigned projects. Develop customized interior concepts aligned with the client's requirements and Company's design standards .Prepare accurate layouts,



elevations and relevant design drawings. Develop quality 3D visualizations that clearly communicate the proposed design. Recommend suitable materials and finishes based on design, functionality and budget. Present concepts and designs clearly and professionally and manage feedback effectively. Take designs through the required client approval stage with minimum unnecessary revisions. Provide transparent and complete design handover/KT to the execution team. Support the site team in resolving design-related queries and maintaining design intent. Complete assigned design stages within agreed timelines. Maintain consistency between client-approved design, drawings, materials and execution. Measurement / Target Design brief and final design should accurately reflect agreed client requirements. Assigned design milestones completed within agreed timelines. Minimize drawing errors, missing information and dimensional issues.3D views should accurately communicate the approved design, materials and finishes. Designs should move toward approval with controlled and purposeful revisions. Minimize unnecessary revisions through proper requirement understanding and presentation. Materials and finishes selected should be correctly documented and communicated to execution. Minimize execution issues arising from unclear or incorrect design documentation. Execution team receives complete drawings, material information and design details before execution. Maintain professional, timely and clear communication with clients. Assigned projects are managed independently from design briefing through design approval and execution handover. Maintain positive client feedback regarding design quality, understanding and communication. Successfully manage the assigned limited number of projects without compromising quality or timelines.
