Collaborate with teams to design, build, and deploy solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance and best practices in Workday Core Compensation implementations.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement.
Technical Experience :Led atleast 1 or 2 end to end full platform implementation projects.Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation and Workday Advanced Compensation. Experience with configuration, customization, and integration. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Certification in Workday Core Compensation is mandatory.
Professional Attributes :Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
