Job Summary:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

- Minimum 8+ years of SAP HCM consulting experience.
- Robust functional expertise in:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Time Management
- Payroll

- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM on S/4HANA.
- Experience working with SAP Fiori applications.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Extensive experience in designing and supporting HR forms and workflow approvals.
- Strong experience with third-party system integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and integration with SAP HCM/S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

- Experience working in offshore and distributed team environments.
- Exposure to hybrid SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and middleware solutions.
- Experience supporting global HR and payroll processes.
