. Project Planning & Execution

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.

2. Team Management

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide necessary guidance.
- Resolve team-level issues and facilitate effective collaboration.

3. Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
- Coordinate with management, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.

4. Budget & Resource Management

- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and other resources.
- Track project expenses and identify potential cost overruns.
- Coordinate resource requirements with relevant departments.

5. Risk & Issue Management

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.




- Track and resolve project issues and dependencies.
- Escalate critical concerns to management when required.
- Ensure appropriate contingency plans are in place.

6. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct periodic reviews to identify gaps and improvement areas.

7. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Track project progress against timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
- Prepare project status reports for management.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.

8. Project Closure

- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and handed over.
- Obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs.
