Senior IPQA Executive (In-Process Quality Assurance)

Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IPQA/QA in Food Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Experience in handling external audits (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, customer audits, etc.) is required.
- Experience in spice manufacturing/FMCG food industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process quality checks during spice manufacturing and packing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Conduct shop-floor quality inspections and hygiene audits.
- Maintain IPQA records, batch documents, and quality reports.
- Handle external audits and support audit documentation & CAPA closure.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams for continuous improvement.
Qualification:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety systems and quality documentation.
Candidate Preference:
- Male candidates preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work at the manufacturing plant in Bahalgarh, Sonipat.
