Hiring: ITR Recruiter

Job Location: New Town / Rajarhat, Kolkata
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Recruitment
Salary: Up to 23,000 NTH + Benefits + Incentives
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule and manage F2F interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding recruitment requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions within defined TAT.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in volume hiring / staffing / recruitment consultancy will be preferred.
- Good sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
