Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring experienced professionals for the Transaction Monitoring Team in Mumbai.
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Role: Transaction Monitoring - Team Member
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor transactions and fraud alerts in real time.
Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
Contact customers for transaction verification.
Block channels and mark debit freeze on accounts instantly when required.
Work in shifts for real-time transaction monitoring.
Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports.
Take action on emails and service requests within defined TAT.
Coordinate with branches and various internal departments.
Ensure optimum utilization of fraud monitoring tools, Finacle and related systems.
Walk-in Drive Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Monitoring, Fraud Monitoring, AML,
Risk Monitoring, or Banking Operations.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts for real-time transaction monitoring.
