Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Site Manager / Lead System Administrator to manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, user support, and IT operations for a large enterprise environment supporting 1000+ users. The role requires robust leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on expertise in infrastructure, security, compliance, and service delivery within regulated environments.

Ideal Profile: Dynamic IT Infrastructure Leader with experience managing enterprise environments, leading support teams, driving compliance initiatives, and ensuring high availability of IT services for 1000+ users.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead onsite IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support.
- Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, backup & disaster recovery.
- Ensure system availability, business continuity, and SLA compliance.
- Oversee desktop, application, network, and server support.
- Drive endpoint security, EDR/antivirus management, patch deployment,



and vulnerability remediation.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, software licensing, vendors, and AMCs.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, OEMs, and third-party service providers.
- Conduct IT inductions, security awareness programs, and compliance activities.
- Support GMP/GxP-regulated environments and ensure adherence to IT SOPs and audit requirements.
