Key Responsibilities / KRA

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for mechanical construction activities in line with the overall project master schedule.

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and look-ahead plans for mechanical works, including equipment erection, piping, tanks, static and rotating equipment, and related activities.

- Monitor actual site progress against planned targets and identify schedule deviations, delays, and critical activities.

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, S-curves, progress reports, productivity reports, and other project control documents.

- Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Commercial, and other project teams to ensure timely execution of planned activities.

- Track availability of materials, equipment, drawings, work fronts, manpower, and other resources required for mechanical construction.

- Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower deployment, productivity, and progress against approved schedules.

- Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies for delayed or critical activities in coordination with the project team.

- Maintain progress measurement systems and ensure accurate calculation of physical/mechanical progress.

- Identify project constraints, interface issues,



and potential risks affecting schedule and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Conduct regular planning and progress review meetings and follow up on action points.

- Support mechanical completion, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning planning as per project milestones.

- Prepare and submit DPR, WPR, MPR, progress dashboards, and management reports within agreed timelines.

- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of planning records, schedules, progress data, and supporting documents.

- Provide timely inputs to Project Manager/Planning Manager for schedule performance, critical activities, and recovery requirements.
