Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop manpower plans based on business requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Implement performance appraisal and performance management systems.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and retention initiatives.
- Identify training and development requirements and coordinate training programs.




- Prepare and monitor HR MIS, dashboards, and workforce reports.
- Coordinate with department heads and management on HR-related matters.
- Support organizational development and manpower cost optimization.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and other HR tools.
- Experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar employees is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in a manufacturing / engineering / automotive / industrial setting.
- Exposure to factory HR and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
