Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost calculations.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Measurement Sheets, Abstracts, and Client Bills.
- Verify site quantities, subcontractor bills, work orders, and measurements.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, and material reconciliation.
- Prepare variation, deviation, extra-item, and reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Execution, Procurement, Design, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain billing, measurement, work order, and payment records.
- Prepare cost reports, budget vs. actuals, and cost forecasts.
- Ensure billing complies with BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract terms.
- Support final billing, client coordination, and project close-out.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
