Job Description Senior Fashion Designer (Women's Wear)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Department: Design

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Design Director / Creative Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fashion Design from NIFT, NID, or an equivalent

institute.

• 6-10 years of experience in luxury women's wear, designer labels, couture, or

premium fashion.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury womenswear and collection

development.

• Excellent understanding of draping, garment construction, pattern development,

and couture finishing.

• Extensive knowledge of Indian textiles, artisanal crafts, hand embroidery, and

surface ornamentation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Microsoft

Office.

through runway, retail, or production.
