Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Survey Field Specialist / Client Servicing Lead to manage end-to-end online survey operations. The role involves planning field activities, coordinating with clients and suppliers, managing project execution, ensuring data quality, monitoring fieldwork progress, and delivering projects within defined timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in online survey management, field coordination, vendor management, stakeholder communication, and survey methodologies.

Key Responsibilities 1. Survey Planning & Execution

- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day survey field activities.
- Allocate survey targets, assignments, and project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate manpower, suppliers, logistics, and operational requirements.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project execution.

2. Data Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to approved questionnaires, SOPs, sampling plans, and survey protocols.
- Conduct regular quality audits, field checks, and validation reviews.
- Identify and prevent duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or fraudulent responses.
- Coordinate with data processing teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and escalation management.
- Coordinate with Project Managers,



vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support client reviews, project audits, and business presentations.

- Coordinate with sample providers, panel vendors, and research partners.
- Manage feasibility assessments and project allocations.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of quotas and fieldwork targets.
- Ensure adherence to project quality standards and timelines.

5. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Track and report:
- Surveys completed
- Target vs. achievement
- Team productivity
- Data quality metrics
- Rejection/error rates
- Field expenses
- Vendor performance
- Resource utilization

- Maintain accurate project records and dashboards.

6. Survey Platforms & Tools
- Utilize survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher, and similar tools.
- Implement redirects, survey launches, quota management, and fieldwork tracking.
- Troubleshoot survey-related issues and coordinate with technical teams when required.
- Support adoption of survey technology and operational best practices.

Key Competencies

Technical Competencies

- Strong understanding of CAWI, CATI, CAPI, and online survey methodologies.




- Experience with Qualtrics, Decipher, and other survey platforms.
- Knowledge of sampling methodologies and field quality-control processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Robust reporting and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in:

- Experience with online research platforms is highly preferred.
