Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Facility Manager Technical to manage and monitor technical operations at our facility in Magarpatta, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day technical and engineering operations at the facility.
- Supervise and coordinate technicians and technical staff.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, DG, fire & safety, plumbing, BMS and other MEP systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely closure of technical complaints and maintenance issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for AMC and technical services.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily/monthly technical reports and maintain relevant documentation.
- Support the Facility Manager in overall site operations and client coordination.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 36 years of experience in technical facility management / engineering operations.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical systems, DG, fire-fighting and BMS.
- Experience in team handling and vendor management will be preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
