Role & responsibilities

* Manage and lead multi-disciplined real estate projects with direct accountability for delivery.
• Oversee all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Interpret and apply complex documents such as agreements, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and risk plans.
• Conduct RFP processes, bid analysis, and resource recommendations; lead evaluation interviews.
• Oversee project delivery teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
• Implement communication plans, facilitate meetings, and ensure accurate documentation governance.
• Monitor progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; report variances and create corrective action plans.
• Implement change management routines; assess change requests and determine impacts on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Identify complex project risks,



lead constructability reviews, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Perform business development activities by meeting potential clients, responding to RFPs, and seeking current business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships through audits and periodic feedback.
• Proven experience in corporate interior fit-outs and workplace transformation projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects across locations simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in project execution, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, cost control, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with corporate clients and/or Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
• Ability to independently drive projects from planning and design coordination through execution, handover, and closure.
• Strong reporting, governance, and project control capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and high-volume project environments.
