Roles and Responsibilities :

- Monitor and troubleshoot LTE, SMS, SS7 networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to packet core, NOC operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
- Provide technical support to customers on 5G/Volte services.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in Network Operations or similar field.
- Solid understanding of LTE, SMS, SS7 protocols and their applications in telecommunications.
- Experience with Packet Core technologies (e.g., Volte) is an added advantage.
