Core Skills & Experience:

- Proficient in LabVIEW programming, including OOP and advanced design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle LabVIEW application development.
- Strong experience with NI TestStand for test automation, sequence development, and deployment.
- Experience in camera/vision systems integration, including image acquisition, processing, and analysis (e.g., NI Vision, OpenCV, or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of Telematics, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and High Voltage test bench development.
- Excellent documentation, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator with experience in cross-cultural/global team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and integrate new features into modular LabVIEW-based software applications.
- Develop and maintain TestStand sequences, including reusable test modules and reporting frameworks.
- Integrate vision systems and cameras into test setups for inspection, validation, and automation tasks.




- Build custom applications capable of interfacing with JSON, Excel, databases, and image data sources.
- Architect and implement advanced LabVIEW OOP-based solutions with reusable, scalable code.
- Develop end-to-end automated test systems combining LabVIEW, TestStand, and hardware interfaces.
- Configure and integrate communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet.
- Perform system validation, debugging, and optimization for test automation platforms.

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to multi-language programming (Python, C#, MATLAB).
- Experience with vision libraries/tools (NI Vision, OpenCV, Cognex, Keyence, etc.).
- NI certifications such as CLD (Certified LabVIEW Developer), CLA (Certified LabVIEW Architect), or CTD (Certified TestStand Developer).
- Experience with automated inspection systems and machine vision in manufacturing or automotive domains.
