Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, payments, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
